**第一項**  施行日前にされた破産の申立て又は施行日前に職権でされた破産の宣告に係る破産事件については、第六条の規定による改正後の民法第二百七十六条、第六百二十一条及び第六百四十二条第二項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
