**第一項**  推定の家督相続人又は遺産相続人が旧法第九百七十五条第一項第一号又は第九百九十八条の規定によつて廃除されたときは、新法の適用については、新法第八百九十二条の規定によつて廃除されたものとみなす。

If a presumptive successor to the headship of a house or presumptive heir to an estate has been disinherited pursuant to the provisions of Article 975, paragraph (1), item (i) or Article 998 of the Former Act, that person is deemed, for the purposes of the application of the New Act, to have been disinherited pursuant to the provisions of Article 892 of the New Act.
