    **第一項**  相続の開始後認知によって相続人となった者が遺産の分割を請求しようとする場合において、他の共同相続人が既にその分割その他の処分をしたときは、価額のみによる支払の請求権を有する。

    If a person who becomes an heir through an acknowledgment of parentage or filiation after succession is opened seeks to request the division of the estate, but the other coheirs have already divided or otherwise disposed of it, that person is entitled to payment of that person's share in terms of its value only.
