    **第一項**  未成年被後見人が成年に達した後後見の計算の終了前に、その者と未成年後見人又はその相続人との間でした契約は、その者が取り消すことができる。その者が未成年後見人又はその相続人に対してした単独行為も、同様とする。

    A minor ward may rescind a contract entered into with the guardian or the successor thereof after attaining the age of majority but before the accounting for the guardianship has been finalized. The same applies to a unilateral juridical act that the person performs against the guardian of a minor or the successor thereof.
