      **第一項**  不動産の譲渡人が賃貸人であるときは、その賃貸人たる地位は、賃借人の承諾を要しないで、譲渡人と譲受人との合意により、譲受人に移転させることができる。この場合においては、前条第三項及び第四項の規定を準用する。

      If the assignor of immovables is the lessor, the status of lessor may be transferred to the assignee by agreement between the assignor and the assignee, without the consent of the lessee. In such a case, the provisions of paragraphs (3) and (4) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis.
