### 第六百三条（短期賃貸借の更新） — (Renewal of Short-Term Leases)

      **第一項**  前条に定める期間は、更新することができる。ただし、その期間満了前、土地については一年以内、建物については三箇月以内、動産については一箇月以内に、その更新をしなければならない。

      The terms prescribed in the preceding Article may be renewed; provided, however, that the renewal must be carried out within one year before the expiration of the term for land, and within three months before the expiration of the term for a building, and within one month before the expiration of the term for movables.
