**第一項**  偽りその他不正の手段により手当を受けた者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。ただし、刑法（明治四十年法律第四十五号）に正条があるときは、刑法による。

A person who has received the allowance by deceit or other wrongful means is punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen; provided, however, that if a provision of the Penal Code (Act No. 45 of 1907) provides for a penalty for the act, the Penal Code applies.
