**第一項**  手当は、母又は養育者に対する手当にあつては児童が第一号、第二号又は第四号のいずれかに該当するとき、父に対する手当にあつては児童が第一号、第三号又は第四号のいずれかに該当するときは、当該児童については、政令で定めるところにより、その全部又は一部を支給しない。
