**第一項**  この法律は、独立行政法人通則法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十六年法律第六十六号。以下「通則法改正法」という。）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on General Rules for Incorporated Administrative Agencies (Act No. 66 of 2014; hereinafter referred to as "General Rules Amendment Act") comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
