**第一項**  市町村長は、児童手当の支給に関する処分に関し必要があると認めるときは、官公署に対し、必要な書類の閲覧若しくは資料の提供を求め、又は銀行、信託会社その他の機関若しくは受給資格者の雇用主その他の関係者に対し、必要な事項の報告を求めることができる。
