**第一項**  第一種大麻草採取栽培者（免許の有効期間が満了した者を含む。）は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、その免許の有効期間における各年について、その翌年の一月三十一日までに、次に掲げる事項を都道府県知事に報告しなければならない。

A type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator (including a person whose license's validity period has expired) must, pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, report the following matters to the prefectural governor for each year in the validity period of the license, by January 31 of the year following that year:
