**第一項** 情を知つて、第二十四条第一項又は第二項の罪に当たる行為に要する資金、土地、建物、艦船、航空機、車両、設備、機械、器具又は原材料（大麻草の種子を含む。）を提供し、又は運搬した者は、五年以下の拘禁刑に処する。

A person who has knowingly provided or transported the funds, lands, buildings, vessels, aircraft, vehicles, facilities, machinery, instruments or raw materials (this includes the seeds of the Cannabis plant) necessary for the acts falling under the crimes in Article 24, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) is punished by imprisonment for not more than five years.
