**第一項** 同一人が二以上の大麻草栽培者の免許を有する場合には、この法律中発芽不能未処理種子の譲渡し及び譲受けに関する規定の適用については、その資格ごとに、それぞれ別個の者とみなす。

In the case where the same person holds licenses as a Cannabis plant cultivator in two or more capacities, the person is deemed to be a separate person for each capacity, for the purpose of applying the provisions of this Act concerning the transfer and receipt of seeds not treated against germination.
