    **第一項**  他の法律の規定により破産手続開始の決定によって解散した法人又は解散した法人で破産手続開始の決定を受けたものは、破産手続による清算の目的の範囲内において、破産手続が終了するまで存続するものとみなす。

    A corporation that is dissolved through an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings under the provisions of other Acts or a dissolved corporation that has received an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings is deemed to remain in existence to the extent of the purpose of liquidation through bankruptcy proceedings until the bankruptcy proceedings are closed.
