  **第一項**  否認権は、破産手続開始の日から二年を経過したときは、行使することができない。否認しようとする行為の日から十年を経過したときも、同様とする。

  A right of avoidance may not be exercised if two years have elapsed since the date of commencement of bankruptcy proceedings. The same applies when 10 years have elapsed since the date of the act to be avoided.
