**第一項**  新銀行法第八条第三項（新長期信用銀行法第十七条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日以後に締結する外国における業務の委託契約について適用する。

The provisions of Article 8, paragraph (3) of the new Banking Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 17 of the new Long-Term Credit Bank Act) apply to a contract entrusting a person with services in a foreign country, which is concluded on or after the effective date.
