**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、五十万円以下の過料に処する。

A person who falls under any of the following items is punished by a civil fine of not more than 500,000 yen.

  **一**  正当な理由がないのに第五十二条の六十の二十七第一項又は第五十二条の六十一の二十一第一項の規定による名簿の縦覧を拒んだ者
