**第一項**  仲裁地が日本国内にある仲裁手続及び仲裁手続に関して裁判所が行う手続については、他の法令に定めるもののほか、この法律の定めるところによる。

Arbitration procedures of which the place of arbitration is in Japan and procedures carried out by the court for an arbitration procedure are governed by the provisions of this Act in addition to the provisions of other laws and regulations.
