### 第一条（施行期日） — Effective Date

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

### 第二条（公示送達等の方法に関する経過措置） — Transitional Measures Concerning Methods of Service by Publication, etc.

**第一項**  次に掲げる法律の規定は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後にする公示送達、送達又は通知について適用し、同日前にした公示送達、送達又は通知については、なお従前の例による。
