### 第八十八条の二

**第一項**  この法律に基づき、政令又は公正取引委員会規則を制定し、又は改廃する場合においては、その政令又は公正取引委員会規則で、その制定又は改廃に伴い合理的に必要と判断される範囲内において、所要の経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）を定めることができる。

If any Cabinet Order or Rules of the Japan Fair Trade Commission are established, revised, or abolished pursuant to the provisions of this Act, necessary transitional measures (including transitional measures relating to penal provisions) may be provided by virtue of the Cabinet Order or the Rules of the Japan Fair Trade Commission to the extent they are considered reasonably necessary along with the establishment, revision, or abolition.
