  **第一項**  公正取引委員会は、その職務を行うために必要があるときは、公務所、特別の法令により設立された法人、学校、事業者、事業者の団体、学識経験ある者その他の者に対し、必要な調査を嘱託することができる。

  If necessary for the performance of its duties, the Japan Fair Trade Commission may commission public offices, corporations formed by special laws and regulations, schools, enterprises, organizations of enterprises, persons with the relevant knowledge and experience, or others to carry out necessary investigations.
