**第一項**  この法律は、防災庁設置法（令和八年法律第六十一号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act for Establishment of the Disaster Management Agency (Act No. 61 of 2026) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following item come into effect as of the date specified in that item:
