**第一項**  この法律の規定に基づき政令又は経済産業省令を制定し、又は改廃する場合においては、その政令又は経済産業省令で、その制定又は改廃に伴い合理的に必要と判断される範囲内において、所要の経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）を定めることができる。

If Cabinet Orders or Orders of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry are enacted, amended, or repealed pursuant to the provisions of this Act, the required transitional measures (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) may be specified by that Cabinet Order or Ministerial Order, to the extent considered reasonably necessary for the enactment, amendment or repeal.
