If an application for accreditation has been filed pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency and the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, even before the effective date, in the same manner as under the provisions of Article 9 or Article 9-3 and Articles 10 and 12 of This Act as Amended by Act No. 60 of 2024, grant the accreditation and carry out other procedures necessary therefor.
