  **第一項**  出入国在留管理庁長官及び厚生労働大臣は実習実施者に対し、主務大臣は監理団体に対し、この章の規定の施行に関し必要があると認めるときは、技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護のために必要な指導及び助言をすることができる。
