### 第一条（施行期日） — (Effective Date)

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。

**第一項**  この法律の施行前にしたこの法律による改正前の配偶者からの暴力の防止及び被害者の保護に関する法律第十条の規定による命令の申立てに係る同条の規定による命令に関する事件については、なお従前の例による。

Prior laws continue to govern cases concerning an order issued prior to the enforcement of this Act under Article 10 of the Act on the Prevention of Spousal Violence and the Protection of Victims prior to amendment by this Act pertaining to a petition for an order under the same Article.
