**第一項**  前条の関係機関は、被害者の保護に係る職員の職務の執行に関して被害者から苦情の申出を受けたときは、適切かつ迅速にこれを処理するよう努めるものとする。

When a complaint is received from a victim regarding the performance of duties by personnel in charge of the protection of victims, the relevant organizations referred to in the preceding Article are to endeavor to process the complaints appropriately and promptly.
