**第一項**  旧法第十条第一項の規定により主務大臣の承認を受けた経営基盤強化計画（旧法第十一条第一項の規定による変更の承認があったときは、その変更後のもの）は、新法第十六条第一項の規定により主務大臣の承認を受けた経営基盤強化計画とみなす。
