### 第四十九条（導入促進基本計画） — Introduction Promotion Basic Plans

  **第一項**  市町村（特別区を含む。以下同じ。）は、基本方針に基づき、先端設備等の導入の促進に関する基本的な計画（以下「導入促進基本計画」という。）を作成し、経済産業省令で定めるところにより経済産業大臣に協議し、その同意を求めることができる。

  A municipality (including a special ward; the same applies hereinafter) may, based on the basic policy, prepare a basic plan concerning the promotion of the introduction of advanced equipment, etc. (hereinafter referred to as an "introduction promotion basic plan"), consult with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry as specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and seek that Minister's consent.

    **五**  先端設備等の導入の促進に当たって配慮すべき事項

  **第三項**  経済産業大臣は、導入促進基本計画が次の各号のいずれにも該当するものであると認めるときは、その同意をするものとする。

  The Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry is to give consent to an introduction promotion basic plan if the Minister finds that it falls under all of the following items:

    **一**  基本方針に適合するものであること。

    it conforms to the basic policy;

    **二**  当該導入促進基本計画に係る先端設備等の導入が円滑かつ確実に実施されると見込まれるものであること。
