### 第一条（施行期日） — Effective Date

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.

**第一項**  第二条第二項に一号を加える改正規定の施行前に生じたこの法律による改正後の第二条第二項第三号に規定する事態に相当する事態に係る共済金の貸付けについては、なお従前の例による。

**第一項**  この法律の施行前に生じた申込金の返還を受ける権利及び附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後に生じた申込金の返還を受ける権利の消滅時効については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to extinctive prescription of the right to receive the return of application money that arose prior to the enforcement of this Act, and of the right to receive the return of application money that arose after the enforcement of this Act in cases where the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
