  **第三項**  前項の規定にかかわらず、送達を受けるべき者の所在が知れないとき、その他第一項の書面の謄本を送達することができないときは、検察官が当該書面の謄本を保管し、いつでもその送達を受けるべき者に交付すべき旨を当該検察官が所属する検察庁の掲示場に掲示することをもって前項の規定による送達に代えることができる。この場合においては、掲示を始めた日から二週間を経過した時に同項の規定による送達があったものとみなす。
