  **第一項**  検察官は、複写不許可決定（第十一条の二第二号ハに係るものに限る。）をする場合において、第十七条第一項第四号に定める者から、法務省令で定めるところにより、第十一条の二第二号ロに規定する他の電磁的記録を特定してこれの複写をしたい旨の申出があり、当該他の電磁的記録が対象電磁的記録ではないと認めるときは、当該他の電磁的記録の複写を許すものとする。
