**第一項**  小学校、中学校、義務教育学校及び中等教育学校には、第三十七条（第四十九条及び第四十九条の八において準用する場合を含む。）及び第六十九条の規定にかかわらず、当分の間、養護教諭を置かないことができる。

For elementary schools, junior high schools, compulsory education schools, and secondary education schools, it may not be necessary to have yogo teachers until otherwise provided for by law, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 37 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Articles 49 and 49-8) and 69.
