**第一項**  この法律施行の際、現に存する従前の規定（国民学校令を除く。）による学校は、従前の規定による学校として存続することができる。

Schools under former provisions (except the National School Order) in existence at the time of the enforcement of this Act may continue to exist as schools under former provisions.
