**第一項**  幼稚園においては、第二十二条に規定する目的を実現するための教育を行うほか、幼児期の教育に関する各般の問題につき、保護者及び地域住民その他の関係者からの相談に応じ、必要な情報の提供及び助言を行うなど、家庭及び地域における幼児期の教育の支援に努めるものとする。

In kindergarten, education is to be provided in order to realize the purposes provided in Article 22, as well as working to support education in early childhood provided locally and in the home, such as giving advice and providing necessary information in response to relevant persons including custodians and local residents seeking advice, for a wide range of issues regarding education in early childhood.
