**第一項**  国土交通大臣は、第九十六条の十五の規定により登録を申請した者が電子計算機及び情報提供業務に必要なプログラムを有するものであるときは、その登録をしなければならない。この場合において、登録に関して必要な手続は、国土交通省令で定める。
