**第一項** 地方運輸局長は、勾配、曲折、ぬかるみ、積雪、結氷その他の路面の状況等により保安上危険な道路において主として運行する自動車の使用者に対し、当該自動車につき、第四十条の規定による同条各号についての制限、第四十一条第一項の規定による走行装置、制動装置、灯火装置若しくは警報装置についての制限又は前条の規定による乗車定員若しくは最大積載量についての制限を付加することができる。
