**第一項**  この法律は、平成二十六年四月一日から施行し、この法律による改正後の特別会計に関する法律（以下「新特別会計法」という。）の規定は、平成二十六年度の予算から適用する。

This Act comes into force on April 1, 2014, and the Act on Special Accounts after its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act on Special Accounts") applies to the budget beginning in 2014.
