**第一項**  この法律の施行の際現に普通免許又は二輪免許に係る運転免許試験に合格している者については、改正後の道路交通法（以下「新法」という。）第九十条の二の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。

Notwithstanding Article 90-2 of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), prior laws continue to govern a person who, by the time this Act comes into force, has passed a driver's license test for an S-MVL or motorcycle license.
