In such a case, the conduct prescribed in Article 71-4 of the pre-amendment Road Traffic Act is not to include conduct in which a person engages in driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle that, pursuant to Article 85, paragraph (2) of the Road Traffic Act, may be driven by a person who is permitted to drive a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle of a category that the Table following Article 85, paragraph (1) of that Act sets forth for a given driver's license that the person obtains after the effective date.
