In such a case, if the public safety commission accepting an application for a driver's license, an application for re-issuance of a driver's license or driver's permit, or a filing to change information included on a driver's license or driver's permit does not have jurisdiction over the domicile of the person filing the application, it must pass on the documents connected with the process to the public safety commission having jurisdiction over that person's domicile, promptly after the New Act comes into force.
