  **第一項**  指定自動車教習所を管理する者は、技能検定を行わせるため、技能検定員を選任しなければならない。

  **第二項**  第四項の技能検定員資格者証の交付を受けていない者は、技能検定員となることができない。

  **第五項**  公安委員会は、前項の技能検定員資格者証の交付を受けた者が次の各号のいずれかに該当すると認めるときは、国家公安委員会規則で定めるところにより、その者に係る技能検定員資格者証の返納を命ずることができる。

    the person was issued the skills evaluator certificate through deception or other wrongful means; or

    **三**  技能検定員の業務に関し不正な行為をし、その情状が技能検定員として不適当であると認められるとき。

  **第六項**  前二項に定めるもののほか、第四項の技能検定員資格者証に関し必要な事項は、国家公安委員会規則で定める。
