  **第一項**  第八十八条第一項各号のいずれかに該当する者は、第一種免許の運転免許試験を受けることができない。ただし、準中型免許及び普通免許の運転免許試験にあつては、十七歳六か月以上の者（同項第二号から第四号までのいずれかに該当する者を除く。）も受けることができる。
