**第一項**  公安委員会は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、当該特定自動運行実施者に対し、特定自動運行の許可を取り消し、又は六月を超えない範囲内で期間を定めてその効力を停止することができる。

A public safety commission may, if any of the following items applies, revoke the permission for specified automated operation of the specified automated operation provider concerned, or suspend its validity for a period that the commission specifies, not exceeding six months.
