  **第一項**  車両は、道路標識等により停車及び駐車が禁止されている道路の部分及び次に掲げるその他の道路の部分においては、法令の規定若しくは警察官の命令により、又は危険を防止するため一時停止する場合のほか、停車し、又は駐車してはならない。
