**第一項**  都道府県は、第六章（第百五条の二第二項及び第四項を除く。）及び第六章の二の規定により公安委員会が行うものとされている事務に係る手数料の徴収については、次の各号に掲げる者から、それぞれ当該各号に定める手数料の種別ごとに政令で定める区分に応じて、物件費及び施設費に対応する部分として政令で定める額に人件費に対応する部分として政令で定める額を標準とする額を加えた額を徴収することを標準として条例を定めなければならない。

A prefectural government must establish a Prefectural Ordinance on the collection of fees associated with the administrative processes that it has been decided the public safety commission is to carry out pursuant to Chapter VI (other than Article 105-2, paragraphs (2) and (4)) and Chapter VI-2, based on the standard of collecting, from a person as set forth in one of the following items, the standardized amount that Cabinet Order prescribes as the part of the fees that are for building and facility costs plus the standardized amount that Cabinet Order prescribes as the part of those fees that are for personnel costs, in line with the categories that Cabinet Order prescribes for the type of fee provided for in the relevant item:
