**第一項**  法第三十条の六第一項に規定する住民票の記載等に関する事項で政令で定めるものは、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める事項とする。

The matters concerning entry in the certificate of residence, etc. prescribed in Article 30-6, paragraph (1) of the Act that are specified by Cabinet Order are the matters prescribed in each of the following items, in accordance with the classification of cases listed in that item.
