**第一項** 外国人住民に係る次の表の上欄に掲げる規定の適用については、これらの規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句とする。
第十二条第二項第一号 受理し、若しくは職権で戸籍の記載若しくは記録をしたとき、又は法第九条第二項 受理したとき、又は法第九条第二項若しくは第三十条の五十
第十五条の三第一項第四号 又は第十三号 若しくは第十三号に掲げる事項、法第三十条の四十五に規定する国籍等又は同条の表の下欄
第十五条の三第二項 及び第六号から第八号までに掲げる事項（同条第四号、第八号の二又は第十三号 、第七号及び第八号に掲げる事項並びに法第三十条の四十五に規定する外国人住民となつた年月日（法第七条第四号、第八号の二若しくは第十三号に掲げる事項、法第三十条の四十五に規定する国籍等又は同条の表の下欄

With regard to the application of the provisions listed in the left-hand column of the following table to foreign residents, the phrases listed in the middle column of the table in those provisions are deemed to be replaced with the phrases listed in the right-hand column of the table, respectively.
