**第一項**  法第二十八条の二に規定する政令で定める事項は、次の各号に掲げる届出の区分に応じ、当該各号に掲げる事項とする。

The matters specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 28-2 of the Act are the matters listed in each of the following items, in accordance with the classification of notification listed in that item.
