### 第二十七条（国民健康保険の被保険者である者に係る付記事項） — Matters to Be Additionally Stated Concerning a Person Who Is an Insured Person under National Health Insurance

**第一項**  法第二十八条に規定する政令で定める事項は、次の各号に掲げる届出の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める事項とする。
